What counts as an action?
One outbound call or one outbound email. Inbound is free. Internal events (proposals, approvals, retries) don't count.
Do I need my own Twilio / SendGrid?
On Team and below, yes — Tokii uses your keys with zero markup. On Scale we can provision and bill in-house.
Is there a self-hosted option?
Not today. Tokii ships as managed multi-tenant infra. Scale plans get a single-tenant region if that's the bar.
How is data isolated?
Per-tenant Postgres schemas, per-tenant object-storage prefixes, per-tenant signing keys. RLS on everything.
What about PII redaction?
Transcripts and email bodies pass through a redactor before they hit the dashboard. The original is encrypted at rest.
Can I export my data?
Yes, at any time, on every plan. Calls, emails, transcripts, approvals — all available as ndjson + media archives.
