We are an
execution layer.
AI labs are racing to make agents smarter. We are building the wires, the phone lines, and the human review console that let those agents actually do things in the real world — without losing your customers, your compliance team, or your sleep.
The model is the easy part.
Picking up the phone is hard.
We started Tokii because every team building agents kept rebuilding the same infrastructure: phone trunks that drop calls, email pipelines that get quarantined, approval flows held together with Slack webhooks and prayer.
In May 2026 we narrowed our focus from a vertical product to the runtime itself. Tokii ships as three coordinated pieces — Agent Phone, Agent Email, and a mobile Review App — sharing one activity stream and one approval queue.
We sell to teams that take execution seriously: ops, support, collections, outbound, intake. The kind of teams where one mis-sent email costs more than a month of our pricing.
Execution over essays
A demo that places a real call beats a slide deck about agents. We ship the boring parts — retries, deliverability, audit logs — so the interesting parts can run.
Humans in the loop, by default
Autonomy is a slider, not a switch. Every customer starts with humans signing every dispatch, and earns autonomy where it has been proven.
Operators are the user
The mobile app is not a stretch goal — it is the primary surface. We design for the person on call at 2 AM, not the executive at the laptop.
No markup on what is not ours
Bring your own LLM, your own number, your own ESP. We charge for the runtime, the review surface, and the trust. Not for tokens.

Talk to a human. Or apply.
We answer email within a day. If you are a design partner candidate, mention your use case and your volume — we will route you to whoever runs that surface.
